Download the emergency call app WIS Emergency from the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) free of charge. Then open the emergency call app and follow the instructions. The HandHelp set-up video will help you understand all the settings and functions, just like the WIS Emergency app.
With the additional information you enter in the emergency call app, you can be helped better and faster in an emergency, as information on e.g. disabilities, underlying illnesses, allergies, medication required, living will, etc. is transmitted to the emergency services in encrypted form as your emergency passport.
The simple operation in an emergency, with ready-made buttons in the emergency call app, allows you to make an emergency call without a call & without local/language knowledge using the conventional 5-W questions incl. photo/sound to trigger.
The mobile emergency call button, which is connected to the emergency call app via Bluetooth, enables you to call for help quickly and easily at the touch of a button in an emergency if you can no longer reach your cell phone or the emergency call app.
The additional helper profile in the emergency call app allows you to alert people who can help you in an emergency directly and within seconds.
In addition, the emergency call with all the necessary information is sent to our sign language interpreting center and optionally to the police or fire department / rescue services in German-speaking countries (D, A, CH, LI) and abroad (worldwide) to the relevant embassies / consulates.

The mobile emergency call button allows you to make an emergency call if you don’t have your cell phone to hand.
The mobile emergency call button can only be used in conjunction with the emergency call app WIS Emergency and must be within range of your smartphone so that the emergency call can be sent quickly and easily in an emergency.

How it works:
Press 1 x briefly
Sends a test alarm to your 5 stored first responders via the channels you have activated
Press 2 x briefly (double-click)
sends an emergency call to the fire brigade* / rescue service* and your 5 first responders via the channels you have activated.
Press for longer than 2 seconds
sends an emergency call to the police* and your 5 first responders via the channels you have activated.
*Direct emergency call to police / fire department / rescue service currently in German-speaking countries (D, A, CH, LI) and abroad to 216 embassies / consulates / foreign offices.
